  Professional and great staff to help you get around in Kandy and find places to visit!! It’s a Goverment funded tourist board!! They give you a map of places to go and also explains to you about it. And get hotel reviews and pricing. Very helpful!!

  Incredibly unhelpful people. Instead of supplying basic information, they actually insulted us and laughed at us (ie, asking about bus schedules, locations). Wow, avoid.

  Was in this office to ask about trekking options and see if I had anything left to see in Kandy. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Helped with destinations and how to plan my next few days travel.

  Great and professional government funded tourists information, friendly unbiased staff with wide knowledge about all of Sri Lanka. Too bad not many people know place, I highly recommend it for tourists seeking information about Kandy and Sri Lanka.
