  I am really disappointed their service. They act as a Lanka Tile dealer but always they try to sell low quality tiles because of their high profit. If you buy these Chines, Malaysian or Indian tiles you will be facing big problems. As an example if you need couple of extra tiles they do not care our request. I was waiting more than six months’ time, every day they sad different story and did not care my request yet.and most of the time they disconnect the phone call. But when we are going to perches they said that they care everything for us. Don’t believe their words. And also they are saying that as they are the dealer of Lanka Tile they can only give the lowest price for Lanka Tile adhesives.(Rs.850.00) But if you look around Malabe you can buy Lanka tile adhesives around Rs. 700.00. As I have believe their words I have lost Rs. 15000.00 only from adhesives. And also same story they are saying for Bath ware accessories. For a example they are saying that Original Plumber brand items are available only in company, and they are trying to sell chines one, but if you look around Nawala there as so many places, to buy original plumber items. So I request you to DON’T GO TO KAUSHIK BATHWARE MALABE AND DON’T BELIEVE ANY SINGLE WORLD THEY ARE SAYING.
