  You aren't coming to jaffna inorder to eat in popular fast food chain right? My advice is to try home made foods in jaffna. If you don't have that opportunity at least avoid fast food chains. Many jaffnarians come here as carnival. It's always busy crowded and noisy. Avoid this place like plague.
