  Very poor customer service and unhelpful staff. Nothing fast about the fast food since they take forever to give the food. Also the place is not maintained properly and is in very poor condition.

  spacious enough to dine much people at once, but the staff work slow, and food always kind of late. And it's in a good place in Colombo, anyone can easily find it. Overall this place is nice. Enjoy the meal and it's delicious

  The best KFC in Colombo.... Bit late to serve... But it's hot and fresh... Best at nights.... I'll rate it 5 if they had improved the time

  Worst KFC outlet in Colombo. It is a spacious place where plenty of people can dine at once. But food and the service was horrible. There is no proper customer service. Food is worst. Staff were not friendly at all. First floor of the outlet is allocated for parties and celebrations.

  Inside is spacious enough. That's all good about this place. Slow service, unfriendly staff, cold food etc. The only reason that people would go here is because the McDonald's right next to this is full. Okay place to go with a family I'd say. Seating is available for families in the upper floor. Also if you want to sit for a long time and pass time this place is good. Since long lines aren't there no one is forcing you to leave
