::No fast service! But good place

::Terrible service. No one at the counter smiles or greets. Always treats you like no one. Good thing about this place is that it has a children's play area and a large place for seating. If had an option, I will definitely choose the better one over this.

::Very popular place in Kotahena. All other popular places are also surrounded the KFC such as Mc Donald's, Pizza hut and King burger. Of course in weekends and holidays place is crowded.

::Items are available as other outlets. Other than the following, it's not bad. This particular outlet (Kotahena) has the following:- 1. Poorly trained staff. 2. Janitors regularly clean the floor disturbingly. Spraying dust from their broomstick. 3. No doorman. We've to push ourselves out with the bags.
