  We had a fantastic experience at the Mud AHut. The location is great for the beach as well as being close to the wildlife. Amal was a great host and nothing was too much trouble, his family even cooked us a traditional Sri Lankan meal to celebrate our friends 60th bithday. He suggested places to visit and took us on trips to the lakes and local beaches. Heather the owner was brilliant, she spent time with us taking us to Galle Forte stopping along the way at the fish market and other places of interest. I would highly recommend staying at the Mud Hut, for the money you can't go wrong.
