::Be careful when you buy from this place. I bought a small radio around end 2014 but it broke after a few months. Since it was on warranty I went to ask about warranty. Ofcourse they were polite and all and said they will fix it and call.. they never did.. when I call they say will check and call back.. but they never do.. I have now visited this place about 4-5 times to ask status but each time they are first not aware.. then they trace it then say.. technician is missing and they will fix within a week and call me.. never happens.. now its nearly 10 months. I think I have wasted more money going and following up with them than the cost of the radio so I have now given up and now putting this post. This is one of the few Sinhalese shops in fort... but people like these make you go to Muslim shops instead...
