::Clean room, modern and big bathroom, comfortable bed! The family is really kind, they try to help you with everything! They have a car and Tuk Tuk as well, so they solve your transportation problems as well! And last but not least we got a tasty Sri Lankan dinner with 5 different dishes cooked by Lakshmi!

::Big and modern bathroom. Bedroom is average neat room. It's fine for an overnight stay near airport. Breakfast is provided on demand. There are restaurants nearby too. They accept only cash payment.

::we stayed here for two nights as a couple. our flight arrived at midnight and we organised a pickup and got a bit nervous as lalith wasn’t there when we got out but was only about 10 minutes later we saw him arrive with a sign. the room is comfortable with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and ceiling fan. we paid $5 more per night to have the air conditioner. the bathroom is spacious and looks like it’s relatively new. shower works well however the hot water does take some time to warm up. breakfast is sri lankan style and delicious. let them know beforehand if you have any dietary requirements. it is also an additional cost $3.50 per person. the family are really lovely and friendly with big smiles. the location is easy to get to the beach, shops and places to eat. they also offer scooter rental, tuk-tuk tours around the town and a private driver taxi service which we used to get to sigiriya. the only small things we thought would improve the stay would be to have two towels instead of one to share and the blanket wasn’t quite long enough to cover our shoulders down to our feet. would also be nice if coffee or tea was offered at the start of breakfast instead of the end so you could enjoy your drink with your meal. the water pressure was good too until switched over to hot water where it started to dwindle. overall a warm welcoming stay for our first days in sri lanka.
