  They had just inaugurated. Service was ok. But could see, at that time some of the workshop staff were not well trained and some had attitude. Office staff were pleasant. The charges too were reasonable.

  I came here to do a full service and ended up leaving with one side shock fully lowered  (stuck it seems) and an oil leak which no one even bothered to inform me before changing it. btw this car never had any oil leak as such. I returned immediately after driving less than 500m (keells + lake road) but no one accepted their fault. I never expected this kind of treatment from such a highly reputed place like this and will never trust any of the technicians here :( Ps: my mechanic confirmed the shock seizure and will be replacing both for 30 odd :(

  Did my car service there and gave a great support and service also. But customer area is away from the working bay. Customers cannot see whats happening out there. It need to be replace.

  Very good place and excellent service!! The staff (Supervisors and mechanics) are very much skillful and qualified. My experience: I went there around 5.45pm to replace the brake pads and a worn wheel stud (I was running with 4 nuts out of 5 in the front wheel). Despite the fact that they close at 6.00pm, they took me in and completed the repairs by 6.20pm in a very professional way. The way they handle the work was very professional! :-)
