  Bien dans l'ensemble villa spacieuse composée de 3 grandes chambres avec air conditionné , cuisine de qualité à prix très modique dommage qu il n'y ait pas de possibilité de se baigner en dehors de la piscine la plage est dangereuse et la baignade interdite car récifs tout le long de la côte Attention Villa situee juste en face de l aeroport!!!

  You can go there straight from the main airport, it's only a short ride and you can get tropical holiday started within an hour of stepping off your flight! The hosts were really friendly, made us feel welcome and were able to help organise transport when needed & provided advice on local attractions. The rooms were spacious, airy and comfortable with WiFi & a pool. The villas are located in a quiet area so you can choose to just chill out or take a 3-wheeler and get involved in the hustle & bustle of Negombo. There were only a few of us this time so we had a smaller cottage but the main villa could easily accommodate (at least?) 10 people in comfort - we will definitely be returning there on our next holiday in paradise!

  There was a guy to take care about villa and very limited service high price low service and management not providing good care to there employees

  Amazing place to relax with your whole family. Clean and spacious rooms. The owner super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
