  i went to kotikawatta branch at 2.45pm to buy a air condition unit service was so bad i was waited more than 15 minutes after that one lady said give us mobile no. they will contact tomorrow becoz they are going to close. lady was busy with one customer but i want to tell about one guy who working there he try to ignore us he is busy with his beauty when that lady said to him pls talk to us but he said take the mobile no he will contact tomorrow i feel so bad LG is a big company but service so bad
