  Majority of the street lamps aren't working and the air doesn't smell that good. Regardless, it's the best place to go for a run in the moratuwa area

  Great place in Moratuwa area to take a morning jog or walk. It has a paved track that’s 1.4km long. The air is cool due to the lake. Sometimes it’s a bit smelly though. Especially at the very middle of it where the track changes direction. I recommend early morning or evening when the sun is about to go down. Even though there are solar powered LEDs along the track, most of them are not functioning properly. There are porridge and other breakfast item vendors around the place in the morning as well. This place has a paved track. So it doesn't get muddy after a rain.

  Really convenient and safety walking track. Feather friends all over the area. Main thing is decent members.

  A good place start your day with healthy lifestyle with super fresh sun rays in the morning by walking or jogging and socializing with people. Unfortunately cycling is not allowed. Disable access and ample parking is available in the beside open ground and under the shade of trees around. You can have your breakfast also by trolly shops / buffet carts but the stinky wind comes from lagoon waters will drop your appetite. 😶
