::Dreamland for any architect with gorgeous landscape all around. This place has ofice and residence of Mr. Geoffrey bawa. The office has been converted into a museum whereas residential cottages are being used for guests. The price of one suite starts frm approx 285 $. Kids under the age of 12 are not allowed but u can do a garden tour which has a ticket and happens everyday at 1130, 1230, 230 & 0330. It is a guided tour of the 14 acre estate which also has lily ponds and a beautiful lake. They also serve lunch with prior booking. You can contact them through their website.

::Beautiful gardens and the guide was very informative and explained the areas very well. Great scenery and you get to learn the interesting and clever ideas of Geoffrey Bawa. All the rooms were occupied which is a shame as I would have loved to see them, but to stay in them costs around £200 Per night!

::One of my favourite places in the world. It is very worth to stay here, even the water supply has a bit problems. So beautiful, calm, stylish and heaven. I'm always thinking when I am able to come here next time.

::Touring the beautiful country estate of the father of tropical modernism is absolutely worth the time, if you can pry yourself away from the beach a few hours. Call ahead to stay for the reasonably priced lunch; we enjoyed a quite good rendition of rice and curry.
