  Very slow customer service. Had to wait around 30 minutes to get just the invoice after confirming the order. Better you should speed up your process

  An excellent collection of hardware items for your home including locks, handles, hinges, various items for drawers, wardrobes, cupboards, etc. Prices are very competitive, and staff are very helpful

  It was a quality time in there, customer service was top-notch.if you would need the premium door hangers, bathroom fittings etc pay visit. You wouldn't be disappointed. By the way they don't allow to tke photos in there.

  Not a glorified design centre, just a very honest furniture and architectural hardware business, since 1902, they have kept the it simple, quality branded products at reasonable pricing. It's ridiculous how busy they are, therefore come early you will need time to walk through their range of items. Only hardware store who will not mislead customers with warranties. They keep it real guy's, you will not regret dropping into their store. At Nawala speak to Luddi, professional service with a smile. Also I recommend he spec the hardware for you, chances are you don't know hardware like he does, take all the drawings, door information with you. Enjoy the excellent coffee..
