  Reasonable price with discount. All depends on the customer. It is understand that these types of yard sells no. 2 & 3 quality products with lots of discount meant for people who cannot afford buying no. 1 quality products from showroom. The yard will not sell all the products that they have in the showroom.

  Its a sales outlet. Some items will be cheap. I think they are Selling tiles which rejected due to quality controlling. Pls check all of it when you buying.

  Macktile is a good brand name is set Lanka. But this sales center destroy their name with bad quality products. Coz they said item are high quality and only last storks, but occording to my knowledge that tiles are factory rejected and low quality item. Different color and sizes. Cheep prices but not recommend.
