  Typical Sri Lankan government office.... no offence but worst staff and slow service... just gave three stars even though it is not worth but because I live just near the provincial council. They wouldn't do any unfair thing to us, if they do I know every single rule and regulation to take actions against them in 100% legally ....... However this is bit nicer than previous years..... anyway good luck for the future.. be more efficient ----
