  YIKES! Our group used this company during our tour around the island... big mistake. Not only were they unhelpful in selecting places to visit and stay, they also didn't book the locations we paid to stay at. Once in the country they downgraded the hotels we had selected and prepaid for and didn't book our reservations at the restaurants we select. When arriving to the restaurants they stated that nobody had called to make a reservation. To make matters terribly worse, they refused to refund our group the costs of the restaurants and hotels that were downgraded. We ended up having to go to the tourism POLICE to get our money back for those things, which we never did get in full and took an incredible amount of time. I can't speak to their services for transportation, but if you are planning a full trip with hotels, travel, visiting tourist sites, etc... do not use them.
