  Friendly staff. But the staff having lack of knowledge on their new services. Giving variety of services. But it is hard find the name boards at once for a new comer.

  I sent a small parcel including Christmas cards to Negombo. It was sent on the 28th of November but it hasn't been delivered to the address yet. Be careful when you send parcels. They have thieves in the post office. So sad to say this.

  I send parsell at 2/2/2016...his till there now. THEY NEVER SEND IT...but I do somerhing...I complaintes in big office😡
