  Poor customer care. No seat reservation available on movie theatres. If you go late, expect a fight with other people to find seats. Staffs are not friendly with customers. They won't say even a sorry, if unexpectedly movie stopped at the middle.

Parking is available and it's a such relief. 3 Screens available, picture quality is fine, it would be better if it comes to a higher standard Of of the best theatre in jaffna. Best cinema experience in this theater.
