  At highway restaurant Welipanna., they dont have good food. Specialy short eats. Not up to the standard. Food is not fresh. Feel sry about the restaurant.

  Visited on 01-10-2017, the food was cold and not heated. Missed to give the Tea ordered and was disputed until the bill was presented. Overall bad experience.
