  We were not given what was promised after receiving full payment prior to arrival. Extremely poor maintenance of the property. Pantry cupboard is falling apart and unclean very limited plates and cutlery. Living room is so dingy with only 1 or 2 lights working. Dirty pool which had not be cleaned for days though I was told it's been done everyday. Bathrooms have no proper locks and poor water supply and broken fittings. 1 room ac doesn't work and just blows hot air. Dirty furniture as well. Bad experience overall
