  Don't do business with them. Mark is a greedy person who scams your money. We rented a car and returned on time. He was not at the office that time so the assitant didn't return our refundable deposit of Rs.25000/= and said they will bank it. After few days of calling he had only banked 16000/= and when we asked for reasons he said there are 3000/= charged for extra milege and other 5000/= for various reasons. We were asked to call back next day and when we tried he didn't ever pick the phone. We were on vacation in Sri Lanka and had already left country by this time so we fed up with calling him. Very disappointed with this person. Don't rent from them if you live overseas and in SL short term. You will never get your deposit back.

  I was extremely satisfied with the customer service. They were so helpful and willing to work with me. The selection process was easy as was the rental process. The selection process was extremely easy. I was able to book my rental online and claim my car the next day. The car was clean and well taken care of. The value was great for the money. I plan to do this often because it's easy and cheap and totally worth the money. The checkout process was so easy for me to use. I was very satisfied with the whole process. I am definitely going to recommend Mark Tours to all of my friends and family.

  Good hassle free experience. We went on vacation so we rented a car and Mark Tours Rent-A-Car was the cheapest on that day. We reserved online and it was quick and simple. The day of pickup was smooth. The person we talked to there was knowledgeable of everything and helped us upgrade into the vehicle that we wanted. It was also quick and easy returning the car.

  It was a pleasant and easy rental experience. Service received at the rental counter was great. He had a fun personality and a friendly smile. He was quick with getting the proper information before we were on our way to pick up the rental. Plus he gave us a better deal than what I had reserved online. Unexpectedly saving money is always a bonus! The vehicle itself was clean and fully gassed up. Picking up and dropping off at this location is easy and quick. I'm sure I'll be back the next time.
