  Excellent place to study ancient Sri Lankan culture..Very rare collection..really worth to visit.

  Very good museum to discover sri Lankan tradition and culture. Peaceful place.

  This place take you back to the ancient down south culture. Martin Wickramsinghe's house is well preserved and the tools he used are on display.

  A short walk across the road from The Fortress Resort. A guide (no tipping here) will talk you through the museum exhibits of Sri Lankan history. You will then be free to view the vehicle and boat museum ending up at the house. The visit won't take long but it is interesting.
