::Locates a few hundred meters towards Rambukkana from Ihalakotte railway station. You can go to the cave if you go through the tunnel. It is always advised to check the train time table before entering the tunnel since there are no space for more than 2-3 people.

::This two-branched waterfall is located on the slope of Alagalla mountain, on the outside of the Railway Tunnel 5A. It almost dies down in the dry season. This can be reached from the shrub-covered path outside Tunnel 5A where the old railway track used to be, before the construction of Tunnel 5A. Access by foot is relatively easier from Ihalakotte side of Tunnel 5A. However if the shrub growth is thick, you may need to clear a path while being careful of the slope. During the railway construction in 1860s, this waterfall had been partitioned from above to minimize its force on the railway track. However in 1900s, during rainy days, its violent flow of water had washed off a train compartment(s) off the track down the steep slope. This accident had prompted the construction of the Tunnel 5A and the track segment on the slope face had abandoned since then.
