  Manager is really good other ppl not so.. Manager helped me with my issue and he was really friendly and was concerned about our issue like we are.

  The litmus test to check the integrity and standing of a company, I believe, is to see the way it responds to a serious Complaint. Immediately after my adverse comments on the website, I met with Metropolitan's affable Director, Mr. Ali Asgar Roshanali who not only sorted out my problem immediately but also launched an inquiry into the matter in order to ensure that there will be no room for complaints of this nature, in the future. All is well that ends well and and I am more than convinced that the Group is blessed with senior officials of good standing, integrity and superb training.
