  Bad service to customers. They kept us waiting to repair the photocopier for 2 months saying no stocks. Bad customer service, no polite staff, staff are inefficient.

  There service is so bad. I gave a printer to repair. They charged LKR 2,000 for labour and LKR 1,500 for spare parts (2017 Feb). Problem was having lines when printing. They said it is due to the low cost toner that I have used. Later I purchased a new toner. But still it gives black strips when printing. They don't have proper toners stock to check the printers they undertake to repair. As I fee they have done nothing but charged me 4,025 (including VAT). They are very bad at customer satisfaction and can't really rely on their repair services. Just a waste of time and money. Took almost 2 weeks for the process.

  I gave a printer to repair. Took weeks to get the estimate. No proper response to phone calls. A very bad customer care. BTW I gave a Canon laser printer.
