::Buyer Beware! M I Gems recently cheated me on the purchase of a blue sapphire. They sold me a stone as natural and unheated, even providing a certificate to prove the gem's quality. But when I later had the sapphire examined by two professional gemologists, it turns out the stone had been heated and did not match in any way the weight or dimensions on the certificate. I have complained to M I Gems, provided all the documentation as proof, and asked to return the stone for a refund. But they have ignored me. Please be *very* careful when dealing with M I Gems!
