  I was regular customer and it was my 2nd vehicle from micro. they don't want to protect their customer basis. After my car get total lost ( condemned ) at Micro , Sri Lanka insurance paid a unacceptable amount unofficially reasoning that because of a Micro vehicle. Even we thought as a national pride , to them it is just a business with.

  Waiting...... For a normal service they take the whole day. I could've get done from a regional center within 2 hours time. For a change and betterment of the vehicle, came to the main station. They charge additionally...
