  On a main tourist road, but with a feeling of being tucked away, this small but perfectly formed restaurant is well worth a visit. We went for the Sri Lankan options, the understatedly named 'rice & curry'. Delicious curries, wide selection of vegetable curries to accompany the fish and prawn. There are western options if you need them, but I recommend the Sri Lankan menu. Very quiet, with gentle non intrusive background music. Proprietor and waiter very polite and welcoming. Reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

  Best true Sri Lankan curries in all of old Galle, great fish, cooked to perfection, yummy sweets. Wonderful service and well priced. And that’s a fact. Thank you Mirisgala!

  Found this restaurant while walking on the pedlar street around galle fort. Tried multiple juices they offered, they were full of pulp, even watermelon and pineapple. The food was okay. We tried cheese kothu, vegetable chop Suey, and hoppers. Veg chop suey was good, rest were average. The service was poor. There are some better restaurants nearby, try them.

  Great place. Really good hoppers. Good rice and curry. Reasonable prices. Cheerful service. We have been coming each day.

  We had a really good lunch here! Nice setting and nice staff! No service charge as well!
