  Not convinced the materials are mined here. Huge pressure to buy, but a quick check with trusted UK sellers of moonstone showed that buying 'direct from the mine' will cost you at least three times more than back in the UK. Avoid.

  The mine was fine very interesting but then the guy took us into his show room. My wife picked out the earings she wanted and he gave us a price and said he would deliver to Negombo in 2 days time he also said if we didn't like it then he would give us our money back no trouble Well he dilvered but it wasn't what we had ordered. Because he was so pushy it got my wife's back up so she said she wanted her money back. He said ok and would bring it the next day at 19.00/19.30. He came early knowing we wouldnt be there with the jewellery and not the money and left it with a friend. As we were going home the next day we had no choice but to accept it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MAN, first he got the order wrong then asked why we changed the order we didnt he did, then forced us to have the jewellery by dropping off early. Go to the mine BUT DO NOT BUY.
