  Very ridiculous experience. My friend returned the board after 10 minutes and their staff come to blamed him broken the fan. 1. Their guys came to you and asked whether you finish it every time when you was on shore.( this is awful but this is minor thing compare to the one I would like to share). Thus, if it was broken, their staff would tell my friend immediately but not when we were taking shower. 2. The board and fan was 5 meters far from the shore and their staff " carry" the board to the washing area. Thus, if it was broken then why didn't he put there and ask my friend go to the "original" place of the board? Guys, please don't waste your time and merry here. 3. When you rent your house in airbnb and the tube was broken, is it house load responsibility or the customer? Equipment become fragile day by day. Of course, customer should take care of the fan and the staff should remind the customer. However, This it my first time see the staff come to customer and shout to you. Blamed you in front of all of people. Well done.
