  I bought a Mackie CR3 speaker set from their store in Pettah and about 1.5 years later it’s amp got fried (which, I was told, was due to excessive use.) I took the speakers to this service station and they fixed it in a day. It was hassle free and the staff was helpful. They told me what had done wrong and about precautions to take in the future. The repair cost me LKR 2800 because i was over the warranty period. Overall good service. Now I know I won’t hesitate to buy from Multi Electronics because this service center exists.
