  Very slow work, I mean VERY SLOW work. owner isn't qualified for modern cars. went to change engine mounts and he suggested I shift to neutral instead of changing the badly worn out mounts. That sentence itself set the tone for what kind of mentality the other workers might have Not so reasonable charges as well.
