::Closed my account which were carried on since I was like 7 years or so old. Solely because of the user experience. Wasted 2 days, applyed for a new card and ended up getting a pin number for the old card. There is so sense of queing inside the bank either, I got frustrated how people who came after me cut the line or get called before me. The whole place looked uncoordinated. Giving 2 starts because the interest rates are kinda good, But not worth the hassle.
