  Went there to close a Punchi Hapan account opened by my wife when our elder daughter was born, 18 years ago. Manager/asst Manager was very helpful, but not the staff. A lot of bureaucratic red tape. I suppose the staff is well advised to discourage customers from closing accounts.

  Branch of the Savings bank of the country. Commercial banking not available. ATM rejects your card if PIN is more than 4 characters
