  The most disgusting bank ever.I've been seated at the ja ela branch for more than one hour to get the approval by the negombo branch just to withraw 250000.this is the second time im experiencing this.really dissppointed about nsb negombo and regretting for choosing negombo nsb to have my account.

  When you request to withdraw deposits they always fail to provide the full deposit amount. So disappointing.

  State owned bank, but the service is good.
