  Went there yesterday to get a medical certificate. I was advised to go there before 6.45AM. Went there sharply at 6.40 but my number was 44. Very poor arrangements. Had to wait in a queue for almost 2hrs. As any other govt. offices you can get it done quickly if you have a contact from the staff inside.

  Wonderful service despite long queues. Went there at 7.30 and came out by 10.30.

  Very poor arrangements. Had to wait in the queue standing outside the building. This is not expected being a citizen of this country. They have failed to arrange a priper waiting area. What a shame to be treated like this being a citizen of this country.😡😢 This service arrangements may be identical with the 70's era. But.......... some people who came after myself straightaway went in and got their reports early. Please...... go their with an internal contact. Disappointed 👎😡.

  If you need to get Medical report efficiently this is the right place.Compared with divisional secretariat and department of motor traffic this place is faster and will save our time because the process is controlled by attendants. 1)First take the form for security office and get your weight and height from inside.After filling the information shown in red color join the queue. 2)Attendant will call a batch of numbers to go inside and then initial registration is done. 3)Pay the fee to cashier (Rs 800 for renewal of licence ) 4)Go to counter 16 upper floor and sit in waiting area according to the number.Then go to room they will check blood group. 5)wait again until number is called to proceed to doctor's inspection. A batch is taken at a time and eye test,physical exercises,,and pressure check,heart pulse rate is done.Then sign the form and wait near pharmacy area. 6)When number is called sign in the log book and collect the medical report.   You get a number, and weigh yourself... and then stay in line to get into the building... There is no waiting area...if u miss to weigh yourself, u will have to do it and again stay in line...the line is supposed to be according to the number given.. So its very confusing... Once inside the building, its a breeze to get the medical certificate... They check for blood group, sugar in blood, eye, pressure and body movement...
