  Staff is really friendly. However, the documents they ask for can be a little confusing due to their procedures. Best to give them a call before visiting.

  Had the chance to visit here a month ago. Staff is fine but they seem doing things according to the letter only. I went there to give some support to a person who lives close by. To get water from a pipe line was the thing we wanted to, but some officers were striking, etc.. Thing we wanted didn't happen.
