  really bad customer service. I ask my Cr card e.statement several time but not send yet. very very bad customer service . really bad

  Really bad customer service. I had a lease facility where I paid and closed with this bank and I completely moved away from them they really need to think of the customer service levels.

  Located approximately 1 kilometre south-east from the centre of Colombo, Fort. There's ample space for parking. There's a self-service kiosk that allows customers to conduct 90% of transactions traditionally handled by a teller.

  Very bad costomer service in horana branch.most of staf people dont know their bank ruls and procedures.I think its very bad and they time waste costomers..
