::I have been a customer at this particular branch since 2013. I have always been treated respectfully and the staff are ready to treat you with the utmost respect regardless of your career, status or the amount of money you have in the bank. I usually ask a lot of stupid questions but the staff is always ready to answer these with a lot of patience. I have had so many instances of staff at other banks and even other branches of NTB either being rude or making fun of me. But this has never happened here. So far I have had no problems with the bank and hope this will continue. I recommend this particular branch of NTB to anyone regardless of the size of your transactions.
