::went to open a investment account on 19th, sept.2016 and they kept me waited nearly 2hours. then again they called 23rd saying that they forgot get a signature for one more application. Then while doing that procedure they want me to fill a ATM card requesting application which isn't an option for their investment plans. So that is i'm told them THAT IS NOT AN OPTION for this type of accounts.... Then they checked their system for further confirmation... LOL Ladies who are working here don't have practise on what they are hired for & they don't know even the basic details of the accounts which their bank providing currently.
