  Lazy staff. Taking lot os time to do a transaction. Even though they have few counters only one counter always active. Bad service

  Courteous staff. Now they have fixed a cash deposit machine for self service. Not enough parking space at their basement.

  Courteous staff. Good interest rates on fixed deposites. Good online banking facilities. Parking is a bit tricky on the main road when accessing the ATM. There is a basement car park on Abdul Caffoor Mawatha.
