  Highly unprofessional. I did a credit card transaction and wanted to change/reduce the order the next day since they did not prepare the order. Nawala showroom manager arrogantly reacted and said once paid from AMEX its final and cannot refund or change the order. The Nawala Showroom manager didn’t know at what point legally the sale of good is final. Also has no clue about refunding a collection done through credit card.
