  Nawaloka is one best and most know private hospital. It has new and old building. New buildings is very nice and organised but old building everything is not that good I think thire going to move everything to the new building hopefully.

  New building was opened for the channelling center recently. But location details are not there in the lobby and unable to find the place of the doctor or section. Better building planning was not there and not customer oriented. Parking facilities are on the same building downstairs. Customer care officers needs some training.

  Things can be drastically improved. Parking is great. Everyone is running a smooth job. Very helpful staff. Foods in cafeteria are good but little bit over priced Have great sceneries at some places in the building Crowded and Smells bad due to bad Air conditioning ... Lots of waiting in consultation section and in cashier..Wishing

  Update: Things are drastically improved.Parking is great. Everyone is running a smooth job. Hats off to the renovation team. Crowdy and Smelly... Lots of waiting in consultation section.... less parking and construction is ongoing everyday

  We were initially quoted a sum of 50000rps for a minor dental procedure. Upon being admitted I realized that the hospital was trying to add on as many charges as possible. After the procedure was complete I rang the billing department to inquire about the bill and was told that the bill was now 75000rps. Prior to being discharged I was finally charged a whopping 105000rps! Upon speaking to family and friends they told me that they too had similar experiences. This hospital hides it poor medical and unethical billing techniques behind it's fancy new architecture. Not only do they rip you off but they provide you with a sub standard overall experience. Extremely disappointed.
