  I bought a phone with an expensive cover from here. But cover only last about two month. Therefor I called to the number in the bill. The person in the phone don't know how to speak to their customers. He spoke like he bought a phone from us. Also have a doubt about their warranty. No warranty cards or conditions. Only issued a bill. Can't recommend at all

  This is a worst shop.i got iPhone 6s from neth Mobile.when i using the headphones i feel a bad quality.then i check that with another iPhone 6s user.that headphones were amazing and very good quality.then I confused how it happened coz they unbox this iPhone in-front of me.so I ask from my friend to checked my device is original or not.then he checked and he told me “your iPhone’s model number is starting with letter F and it is REFURBISHED only iPhones model number starting with letter M are original..so your one is REFURBISHED ”.i contacted Apple customer service through online chat service and send them my imie number to verify this one is Original or Refurbished. After that they verified this iPhone is Refurbished (screenshot of the chat also added to photos) then i went to neth mobile and i told them the story. They reject me with out asking anything. I show them relevant screenshots and bear out the situation.but they not asking anything and they blame to me. Most of my friends are told me neth mobile people are selling Refurbished phones, and dont buy anything from them.but I didn’t believe them. But now i know what are they actually selling.think twice before pay money for low ended Refurbished devices.there customer service also very poor. Don’t let it happen to your money also.go Dialog or Mobitel if you want to buy original device from kurunegala. Neth mobile people are cheap. Phone accessories are high copys..they are not original.

  I bought an iPhone in few months ago , later I realised it was not an original iPhone. I chat with apple company and they also confirm it. I recommend you all not to buy phones from NETH Mobile. their customer service also very poor. 😡😡😡😡😡😡

  Traitors. I was attempting to buy an Asus Zenfone 2. They offered it for 28000 Rupees. After bargaining , I accepted to buy it for 25000. Then they said they want to take that phone to another shop to affix the screen protector. That process took about 10 minutes. When phone was returned, they wrote a bill of 28000 , just as if they have forgotten the accepted price. There was a little argument. First they rejected to sell it for 25000 .When I rejected to buy, they talked about the screen protector cost. By argument, I could buy it for 25000. But never trust them as good sellers.
