::Yesterday my little 2 years niece has serious sick and fever. and our doctor whom we channeled on Nawaloka Hosp adviced to bring her to New Delmon hospital. And we have been there at 4:30 pm. and there doctor asked to stay 5 hours in hospital for Inject saline to her. and he left nurse with us. and they treated us very badly. They asked to pay for each injection and after the confirmation of payment they seems started to do their job. They will begin every steps by money. Yes money is doesn’t matter for us but their process is more hurt us, if they want to do any steps to patient they requesting to pay first, The staffs are treated more like everything will happen if we paid even we are ready to make payment. Staff’s Behavior is so bad while our little girl suffering from serious sick. Nurse and other other staffs are don’t treat as patient. Very bad experience in this Hospital. I adviced all our community to don’t choose this New Delmon Hospital! They are doing business and everything for money. They will force you to make payment even you already know we have to pay. Yes we will pay but why you should behave like we will escape without pay you?? Money is doesn’t matter to customer! But you look every patient as customer not as patient.. will never attend this hospital!!! We are paying you money but services are so poor and Government Hospitals are more better than Delmon Hospital! Don’t waste your money here and you will get nothing.

::I contact the echanelling department to book a eye surgeon. No proper information is given and the staff responded in a rude manner. I tried and call thrice , every time that particular staff without giving a proper information cut the call in the middle. I normally book through call but this time she informed that i can't book through phone call.
