  As a regular custommer.verry poor custommer service from the DERANA. they dont know how to deal with custommer. i will request to everyone not to use cab service from derana.and verry bad service

  nasty unruly drivers cab CA15140 white minicab 2pm on william gopallawa road even swore obscenities when disallowed overtaking on left vulgar unruly drivers have left a senior lecturer Dr athauda brain dead crashing into parked lorry avoid this bunch of murderous drivers at all cost

  If u want to die use this cab service. Poorly maintained vehicles. Driver did not came to pick us on time. It was a airport pickup and on the way to the air port break failure... . Driver was a complete idiot he cannot drive properly.Very bad cab service company. Not recommending to anyone to use this cab service.

  We were being charged rs.1000 for a 2km ride ,non-AC in an uncomfortable vehicle which was not maintained at all. and when an explaination was inquired, we were told that they charged so cause of the curtailed distance.It was a fairly hilly route and was in the night.The cab itself took nearly 30 minutes to arrive the pickup. Distance and charges should be confirmed before hand when hiring from these cab sevices.. would not recommend to anyone.

  Did have a vehicle when we couldn't find from anywhere, but the driver was useless, he didn't know most of roads and forgot the roads he took before. The van(people carrier) they gave us was madly maintained
