  I first came to this saloon in early 1990's and still I am coming there for my haircut. It is an old fashioned saloon, but the owner is very friendly and their charges are comparatively low.

  Oldest saloon in Kalutara. Mr.Dharme is the owner. Very friendly and experienced person.
