  Horrible Experience! Being from the f&b industry myself, I refrain myself normally from complaining online. However, you can not call this a restaurant! Extremely slow service, incorrect food orders, overpriced and food that is not even close to Japanese food. Our Drinks took over 15 minutes, even when we were the only customers in the restaurant. Explanation given was that the drinks had to come from another Bar. Server & Manager have no Menu knowledge, preparation of the food is basically reheated sauces & seafood used was frozen fish (staff insisted before we ordered that fish is fresh from the ocean & even laughed at us). The server also was more interested in knowing where we were from & if we want to see his uncle boat! Even laughed at a friend of mine who slipped when getting up from the table. The manager also insisted I misordered the food and blamed me for the incorrect food order. Manager told us only after the meal that they will not accept credit cards as the "machine" was broken. Overall, please avoid at all Cost. Better to eat at Moonbeam Restaurant across the street!

  Service friendly, but extremly slow. Food portion (size) is starter size even plain rice, after dinner still hungry. Would not come back.
