  Horrible hospitality by a fat middle- aged man ( who's name I didn't catch) at the reception. We had already made an appointment and on reaching there was turned away saying that they were full. His reply to when I told him that his hospitality was bad, " I don't care". I wouldn't want to be treated by such a person. I couldn't post this comment without choosing a star... Hence the one.
